01 — The Opportunity: Rethinking the Typical Recap

Each year, the commercial interiors industry gathers in Chicago for Design Days & NeoCon; events that introduce new products, ideas, and emerging directions.

Because most companies return with quick recaps (product highlights, trend lists, and showroom snapshots, etc.) I wished to take a different approach and reframe our post-event recap as an opportunity to go deeper — translating industry noise into clear, relevant insights for those who had attended as well as those who may have not been in the room.
